Welcome to Luxe West Photo Booth & Event Hire's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that there is enough space and access for the photo booth. Please provide details of any restrictions or special requirements ahead of time.
Our photo booths are for indoor use only. Outdoor events require prior approval and proper shelter arrangements.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior during the hire period.
The hirer is liable for any damage to the photo booth caused by guests during the event.
Photos taken during the event will be available digitally within 48 hours. Physical prints, if included in the package, will be provided on the day.
Our photo booths are staffed by a professional attendant to ensure smooth operation throughout your event.
